Anthony (Tony) J. Guzzi is an American business executive who is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services.

Education
Mr. Guzzi earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Economics from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 1986 and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1993.

Career
From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Guzzi was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Inc. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Guzzi held a variety of senior leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) and its subsidiary Carrier Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment. While at Carrier, Mr. Guzzi successfully carried out major programs in a number of different areas, including initiatives to increase market share, reduce operating costs, improve financial performance, and evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions. From 2001 to 2004, he was President of Carrier's North American Parts, Distribution and Services division with annual revenues of $2.6 billion. Mr. Guzzi served as the Chief Operating Officer at EMCOR Group Inc., from October 25, 2004 to January 3, 2011.
Mr. Guzzi is a member of EMCOR's (NYSE: EME) Board of Directors. He also serves on the Hubbell (NYSE: HUBB) Board of Directors and is the Lead Independent Director.
Mr. Guzzi is passionate about giving back to veterans and their families. He helped found the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund and is a member of the Executive Committee. Johnny Mac's mission is to provide educational opportunities to the children and spouses of those soldiers who either perished in combat or training defending the United States.

Military History
From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Guzzi served in the U.S. Army as a Light Infantry Captain and is Ranger qualified.
Personal life
Mr. Guzzi enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons and daughter. He coaches youth sports, and also enjoys playing golf, and attending sporting events.
